1. A systematic review of current VoCI reporting practice

The evidence synthesis will incorporate a scoping or literature review of academic publications of VoCI from 1st January 2000 to the present. This will then be used to create a scoping questionnaire posed to a group of experts (our collaborators).

Several statements will be generated from the initial review and then handed out to each participant and voted across independently and anonymously. Each item will then be anonymously voted upon by experts as to its importance and feasibility for implementation in uploading VoCI, during two rounds of a Delphi process. Consensus will be defined a priori at 80%, with items considered important and feasible eligible for inclusion into the final recommendation
